Meet Seth

Seth Lemerman’s passion is helping people realize their best selves. An educator by nature, he began his career as a middle-school math teacher in the Bronx, New York as a Teach For America corps member. That experience inspired him to make a bigger impact and focus his career on social and educational equity at a larger scale.

Earning his professional coaching certification in 2018, Seth continues to serve as a career and executive coach with Leadership for Educational Equity, helping individuals take the next step in their careers and C-suite executives lead more effectively.

Having recently moved to Southern California, Seth is also a director with United Way of San Diego County and a master coach with the Riverside County Office of Education’s Academy for Coaching Excellence.
